I’ve been into juicing for about two years now, but in 2024, I made it a consistent part of my routine, juicing almost every week. Initially, I started juicing for its weight loss benefits, but my curiosity about nutrition kept growing.
I turned to trusty Google and started researching the vitamins and nutrients in every fruit and vegetable I juiced. What I found amazed me—so many of these ingredients are superfoods packed with anti-cancer properties, antioxidants, and incredible health benefits.
